Executive Committee

The Executive Committee comprises of all elected officers of the Association. The Committee administers the day-to-day affairs of the Association.

Council of Eminent Cape Mountainians in the Americas

The Council consists of elders and prominent citizens of Grand Cape Mount County residing in the United States who have rendered valuable contributions to Liberia, the county and or the Association. The council shall serve as an advisory to the National Administration and shall help the National administration in seeking support and assistance for the citizens and residents of Grand Cape Mount County, Liberia. The Council shall encourage greater participation from Cape Mountainians residing in the Americas in the affairs of the Association. The council may intervene to resolve conflicts and disputes that may undermine the effectiveness of the organization in providing much needed assistance to the people of Grand Cape Mount County. Members of the council shall be referred to as Elders of the Association.

Ways and Means Committee

The Ways and Means Committee shall plan and implement all fund raising programs for the Association. The committee shall, with the approval of the President solicit financial and material assistance for the Association. It shall coordinate and spearhead all relief activities for the Association. The Committee has a Chairman and four other members. The Treasurer shall serve as Ex-Officio. The Vice President is Chairman Ex officio.

Membership and Welfare Committee

The Membership and Welfare Committee shall scrutinize all applications for membership and register members of the Association. The Committee shall propose membership criteria to the Executive Committee. The committee shall encourage the formation of chapters of NACA and shall serve as liaison between the National Association and all chapters. The Committee shall from time to time undertake membership drives and shall in collaboration with the Secretary General keep membership record of members. It shall also maintain contact with members to keep them active with the Association. The Committee shall identify and propose to the Executive Committee, programs intended to benefit members especially in the event of death and critical illness. The Committee shall establish benefit criteria for members under the Bereavement Fund, and shall be responsible to administer the fund in consultation with the President. It shall seek assistance for members on immigration matters. The committee consists of five members. The Program Coordinator is Ex-Officio. The Vice President is Chairman Ex Officio.

Social Affairs Committee

The Social Affairs Committee shall be responsible to undertake all social and sporting programs for the Association. It shall identify and undertake culturally enriched programs for members of the Association and their descendants as well as all others. The committee shall also undertake programs intended to further promote the culture of Grand Cape Mount County, Liberia, especially among children of Cape Mountainians residing in the Americas. The Committee shall further promote activities intended to forge closer bonds among Cape Mountainians residing in the Americas.

The Committee shall seek ways and means to support sport and recreational programs intended to benefit the youths in Grand Cape Mount County. It shall support the county's efforts to improve sporting activities throughout the county, and shall work with county officials in Liberia to support county teams participating in national and other competitions. The Committee has five members. The Program Coordinator is Ex Offficio. The Vice President is Chairman Ex Officio.

Planning Committee

The Planning Committee shall undertake research and feasibility studies in the fields of education, health care, agriculture and other areas of community development, and shall make appropriate recommendations to the Executive Committee based on their findings. The Committee shall serve as the technical arm of the Association. It shall identify and ensure the implementation of infrastructural development projects/programs to be undertaken by the Association in Grand Cape Mount County. The committee shall liaise with the county administration in Liberia and other relevant institutions as well as individuals in undertaking self help development projects in the county. The Committee comprises of five members. The Vice President is Chairman Ex Officio.

Health Committee

The Health Committee shall be responsible to undertake all health related programs intended to benefit the citizens and people in Grand Cape Mount County, Liberia. The Committee shall identify areas of need for the Association to prioritize in providing medical assistance to the county, and shall work with individuals, institutions and or groups in implementing the association's health care programs in Liberia. The Committee has five members. The Vice President is Chairman Ex Officio.

Education Committee

The Education Committee shall be responsible to undertake all educational programs for the Association. It shall identify areas of need for the Association to prioritize in providing educational assistance to citizens and residents of Grand Cape Mount County. It shall work with individuals, institutions and or groups in Liberia for implementing the association's educational programs in Liberia. The committee shall undertake scholarship programs for the benefit of needed students from Grand Cape Mount County. The Committee has five members. The Vice President is Chairman Ex Officio.

Publicity Committee

The Publicity Committee shall be responsible for all media related activities in the Association. It shall publish a Cape Mount Newsletter on a regular basis for subscription by members and well wishers. It shall also establish and administer a web site. The Committee has five members. The Assistant Secretary General is Ex Officio. The Vice President is Chairman Ex Officio.
