The period for this Financial Report is from September 1, 2006 to August 31, 2007.

Analysis

1. Our figures include money that was brought over from the 2005-2006 Fiscal year.

2. Most of the Associations's income came from the 2006 National Conference and the May 5, 2007 Reconstruction Conference held in Warwick, Rhode Island with the New England Chapter and special Contributrions and Donations from members as well as non members.

3. Membership dues for the 2006 fiscal year has been far below projection.

4. Reconstruction Fee for 2006 Fiscal year has been below projection.

5. Most of the Association's expenditures were on the operation of the St. Timothy Hospital
outpatient unit in Robertsport, the Cape Mount Development Foundation, the hosting of the 2006 National Conference, the 2007 Reconstruction Conference, donation of sporting gears to Grand Cape Mount County for the 2006 County Meet, the shipment of container (medical and educational supplies) for the county and the Cape Mount Bridge Project.

6. There are still huge receivables that have not come in to the Association mainly from sale of
2006 NACA Calendars, pledges for Scholarship Drive as well as pledges from the 2004 Donor's
Conference for Grand Cape Mount County.
