U.S. Can Revoke Asylees ( Permanent Residents) Who Travel to Liberia

Washington-
Stricter new measures now in place by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security will make it more difficult for those enjoying political asylum status to travel to Liberia.

A new regulation dated Jan. 4, 2007 says traveling Outside the United States as an Asylum Applicant, an Asylee, or a Lawful Permanent Resident Who Obtained Such Status Based on Asylum Status are subject to special rules with regard to traveling outside the United States.

Vision Document for Liberia County Federation

Following over six months of discussion among leaders of Liberian County Associations in the United States, these leaders decided on Sunday, August 1, 2004 to establish the Federation of Liberian County Associations in the Americas and to constitute an interim leadership of the organization. Dr. Moriah Y. Seton, National President of the National Maryland County/USA was unanimously chosen as Interim National President. The National President of the United Bong County Association in the Americas, Mr. Dennis Garsinii was also unanimously selected as Interim Vice President.
